1 Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the bq99 website accessible at bq99.io, including all sub-pages, services, games, and betting products made available thereon.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the Platform for the purpose of accessing betting and gaming services.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus credits.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet allocations, deposit match credits, or other incentive amounts credited to an Account under a promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total bet volume a Player must achieve before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Game Provider" means any third-party software studio whose games are offered on the Platform, including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and Playtech.
• "MFS" means Mobile Financial Services, referring to payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
• "Verification" means the identity and age confirmation process required by bq99 before a Player may withdraw funds or access certain account features.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, the reference time zone for all time-sensitive provisions in these Terms.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on bq99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting in your personal capacity, not on behalf of any business or third party.
• You do not hold any existing bq99 Account that is currently active, suspended, or closed.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, affiliate, or close family member of an employee of bq99 or any Game Provider whose titles are offered on the Platform.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not been self-excluded from bq99 or had your Account previously closed for breach of these Terms.

bq99 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access betting and gaming services on bq99, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. Opening or attempting to open more than one Account — whether under the same or a different name, email address, or payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bq99 will close all duplicate Accounts and may permanently ban the Player from the Platform. Any Balance or Bonus Funds held across duplicate Accounts will be forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. All activity undertaken through your Account — including every wager placed, every deposit made, and every withdrawal requested — is deemed to have been carried out by you personally and you accept full liability for all such activity.

If you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised, you must notify bq99 support immediately at [email protected]. bq99 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the Player has failed to maintain adequate credential security.

3.4 Account Verification

bq99 reserves the right to require identity and age verification at any point, including at the time of first withdrawal or when unusual account activity is detected. Documents that may be requested include a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Accounts that remain unverified after a reasonable notice period may be restricted or closed.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bq99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, Islami Bank transfer, Sonali Bank transfer, USDT (TRC20), Bitcoin (BTC), and Ethereum (ETH). The availability of specific methods may vary depending on your location and account status.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum transaction limits for withdrawals are displayed within the cashier section of your Account and may be adjusted by bq99 at any time with notice. Crypto transaction limits are displayed in the equivalent fiat value at the time of the transaction.

4.3 Own-Name Requirement

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment accounts registered in your own name. bq99 strictly prohibits the use of third-party payment accounts. Where a third-party deposit is identified, bq99 reserves the right to reverse the transaction, close the Account, and forfeit all associated funds.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are reviewed by bq99's payments team. MFS withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within two to twelve hours of approval during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days. Crypto withdrawals are subject to on-chain confirmation times and network congestion and are typically processed within one to four hours of approval.

4.5 Currency and Conversion

The primary account currency on bq99 is Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to BDT at the prevailing market exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation. bq99 is not responsible for fluctuations in cryptocurrency exchange rates between the time of deposit and the time of withdrawal.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, promotional offers, free bets, reload credits, and other incentive programmes offered by bq99 are subject to the specific terms and conditions presented at the time of the offer, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence with respect to that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to a wagering requirement before they — or winnings generated from them — may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements must be met within thirty (30) days of the bonus being credited, after which any remaining Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be removed from your Account automatically.

5.3 Eligible Games

Not all games on the Platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. The contribution percentage for each game category is set out in the applicable promotion terms. Live casino table games, video poker, and certain slots may contribute at a reduced rate or may not contribute at all. Placing bets on excluded games while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings attributable to it.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine play, or coordinating with other players — constitutes bonus abuse. bq99 will void all bonuses and associated winnings, close the Account, and may permanently ban the player from the Platform.

5.5 Promotional Variations

bq99 may offer enhanced promotions during major sporting events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and international holidays including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day (16 December). These promotions carry their own specific terms and eligibility requirements communicated at the time of the promotion.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is not confirmed until bq99's system has accepted it and a confirmation reference number has been issued to the Player. bq99 reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its sole discretion without providing a reason. Bets placed on markets that are subsequently found to have been offered in error — including incorrect odds due to a pricing error or technical fault — may be voided by bq99.

6.2 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are offered subject to availability. Odds offered during in-play betting are updated in real time and may be suspended at any time at bq99's discretion, including during periods of scoring activity, injury stoppages, or technical issues. Bets placed during a market suspension are void.

6.3 Match Integrity

bq99 reserves the right to withhold the payment of winnings and to void any bet where there is reasonable evidence that the outcome of a sporting event has been or may have been influenced by match-fixing, corruption, or any other irregular activity. bq99 cooperates with sporting integrity bodies and may report suspicious betting patterns to relevant authorities.

6.4 Results and Settlement

Bets are settled based on official results as published by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BPL governing committee, FIFA, etc.) once a match or event is completed. In the event that an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific sport rules applicable to that market, as detailed in bq99's sport-specific betting rules documentation.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bq99 and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, access the Platform, or interact with any feature of the service.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or to coordinate betting activity for the purpose of extracting value from bonuses or exploiting the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering purpose or for the transfer of funds obtained through illegal activity.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, verification, or any other interaction with bq99.
• Accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or operating a player account for any commercial or business purpose.
• Reproducing, distributing, or publishing any content from the Platform — including odds data, game content, and promotional materials — without prior written permission from bq99.
• Engaging in any conduct that may damage bq99's reputation, disrupt the Platform's technical infrastructure, or harm other Players.

bq99 employs automated monitoring systems and human review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where a breach is identified, bq99 may at its discretion suspend the Account, void all pending and settled bets placed in connection with the breach, withhold and forfeit the Account Balance, and permanently ban the Player. bq99 may also notify relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where illegal conduct is suspected.

8 Responsible Gaming

bq99 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. All players are encouraged to treat gambling as entertainment and to set personal limits on their spending and playing time. bq99 provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible from within your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that you can set or reduce at any time. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours before taking effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Optional alerts that notify you when you have been logged in and active for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 30 days, during which you cannot log in or place any bets.
• Self-Exclusion: A longer-term suspension of between 30 days and five years. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen period.

9 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, frame, scrape, or otherwise exploit any content or functionality of the Platform without prior written authorisation from bq99.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bq99 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages however caused, even if bq99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any losses arising from interruptions, errors, delays, or failures of the Platform caused by factors outside bq99's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, power outages, third-party payment gateway disruptions, or acts of God.
• Any unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials.
• Any decisions you make regarding betting or gaming activity on the Platform. Gambling involves risk, and you accept sole responsibility for all bets placed through your Account.

Nothing in these Terms limits bq99's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for any form of liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11 Privacy & Data

bq99 processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described therein.

bq99 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption across all pages and transactions. Player payment credentials are never stored on bq99's servers — all payment authentication is handled by the respective payment gateway provider. Transaction records and account data are retained in accordance with the data retention schedules set out in the Privacy Policy.

12 Amendments to These Terms

bq99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, bq99 will provide reasonable advance notice by posting the updated Terms on this page and, where practicable, notifying registered Players via the contact method on file. The effective date of the current version is displayed at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your Account and the withdrawal of any remaining Balance.

13 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be submitted to bq99's internal dispute resolution process. bq99 will acknowledge your complaint within 72 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within fourteen (14) days.

bq99 is committed to operating a fair, transparent, and trustworthy platform.
